Course Description
This course was a study of child development with an emphasis on curriculum development and developmentally appropriate practices. Methods of teaching children are examined and practiced. Includes observation and participation in a supervised lab experience.
Reflection
I had the opportunity to work in the Eccles Early Childhood Development Lab School in the Grizzlies classroom as part of this class. I really enjoyed the hands on experience that I got working in the lab and greatly furthered my learning from the classroom to real life. This course brought a lot of learning in different areas and settings that went beyond the text.
