Chase Hatchery         www.chasehatchery.com

CEO –  Built the business up from a hobby. Received lots of business by word of mouth and other local chicken hobbiest that I hatch for and other hatcheries that are out of the Salt Lake area. I got set up as a wholeseller through other Hatcheries around the US that ship day old chicks. I've built most my equipment that I use to brood the chicks in because there isn't anything out there that gives the best success for my standard of raising chicks. I created my own website and payment method through PayPal. I set up my Facebook page to manage the social media side of the business. I am the most well known local hatchery in Utah. Because of my attention to detail and ability to make adjustments we have the highest percentage hatch rates known by any chicken hatchers we've met to date; average 85%-95% and have had 100%. We hatch several thousand chicks a season. We have been very successful at taking each step of each process and engineering the best way to get the best result. We study each process and are able to give feed back to our customers and other chicken farmers on why they have lower success rates from feeding their stock to collecting eggs, the quality of their stock, the environment their stock is kept in, to help them get better success rates. Company currently does about $40,000 in gross sales annually.
